From I-95 (Maine Turnpike), take Exit 6A to I-295 (Portland Downtown/South Portland). Follow I-295 into Portland, taking Exit 7 (Franklin Street).
Immediately after existing there is a set of traffic lights - continue straight through onto Franklin Street and go up the hill. At the fourth (4th) set of traffic lights (including the set of lights at the exit), take a right onto Middle Street. On the right hand corner, you will see the Public Safety Building and on the left hand corner is 100 Middle Street Plaza.
Follow Middle Street to the second (2nd) set of traffic lights (Temple Street); on the right hand corner, you will see Nickelodeon Cinema (and the Temple Street parking garage), and on the left hand corner you will see Canal Plaza (Key Bank).
Facing Canal Plaza, Three Canal Plaza is the office building on the left in the center of the Plaza. Our office is on the 6th floor. You may park in the Temple Street Garage.
